• abuse creative rest so that it overrides the boot time of context switching
• hugely boosts the efficiency of generalist learning to the point where it comparably matches specialization
• sweet spot exists
  • too fast -> boot time takes over as hindering factor
  • too slow -> burnout and redundant time spent in one field
